Italy's GoldenTyre announces an Exclusive Race Tire Partnership with the USA Pro Supermoto Series for 2012-2014

Bientina, Pisa, Italy 1.16.2012: In a partnership that will expand the global reach of their tire distribution channel while solidifying their position at the top of the professional Supermoto racing world, GoldenTyre, the brand name of the BUYMEC S.R.L company, is very excited to announce their expansion into the USA off-road market via a three year agreement to be the exclusive race tire supplier for the USA Pro Supermoto Series.

Says Marco Cavallini of GoldenTyre, "We see the market in the United States right now as the best expansion direction for us. Add to this the opportunity to merge our experience as the exclusive supplier of the Italian, European, Supermoto of Nations, and World Championships, with the all new USA Pro Supermoto Series and we are very excited at the future this provides".

The agreement that will very closely mirror the event support that GoldenTyre provides for the World Championship will add an additional compound, "Racing Pro" in addition to the single compound, "Racing", which is used in the World Championship to give the United States competitors a second level of performace unique to their series. Riders will be able to purchase up to 8 tires during the race weekend. The tires will be monitored with unique stickers affixed to them at each race event in the two compounds for the racers to choose from.

With an ongoing commitment to make their Supermoto tires the standard in the racing world, GoldenTyre has worked directly in conjunction with the world's top teams and riders to improve their product and the USA series will be the immediate benefactor of this with a combination of racing compounds that should satisfy the needs of a variety of tracks and temperatures.

A "GoldenTyre Weekend" is being planned to provide a testing opportunity for any rider or team to test the two GoldenTyre compounds at discounted pricing. The USA Pro Supermoto Series kicks off their inaugural season at Willow Springs Raceway in southern California the weekend of June 2,3.

GoldenTyre is the exclusive provider of racing tires for the Italian National Supermoto Championship Series, the European Supermoto Championship, the FIM World Supermoto Championship Series, and the Supermoto Trophy of The Nations for the third consecutive year.
