The 2008 Supermoto Girls Calendar Shoot!

After many many requests to reveal ALL the photos that made up the 2008 Supermoto Girls Calendar....(shot at the last round of the 2007 AMA Supermoto Championship Series at the Morongo Casino and Resort) I reckon it's late enough in the year to do so......

So........Now without any further ado........the full........FUN......and SEXY shoot, is now here for your viewing "pleasures"!!!

"Supermoto Girl" Alex!

"Supermoto Girl" Photo Shoot #3 was finally shot after a bit of last minute......(again!) model replacement action. The latest "Girl" is Alex!!!  This installment features TWO bikes of local Nor-Cal riders Vincent Guisande Jr......(the #76 bike) and Daryl Tenbrink.....(#307). Vincent is a AMA National regular though he's currently re-habing a broken leg suffered at the Reno/Fernley Vet Nationals event a few weeks back. Daryl is one of the most photogenic riders in N. California as he throws the bike SIDEWAYS routinely and totally!

Fairfield Cycle Center where the shoot took place sponsors both Vincent and Daryl. Owner David Smiley was gracious enough to let us monopolize a good section of one of the showrooms.....but, after this shoot is viewed a few thousand times, I have a feeling that Fairfield Cycle Center will be collecting MANY MANY new fans!     Soooooo without further ado simply click on the photo above or the text link and ENJOY!!!!!!

Photo shoot #2

This shoot took place at the home of one of the top privateer AMA Supermoto teams, Mach1 Motorsports in Vallejo, California!! Mach1 is the Sponsor for riders Steve Drew, Casey Yarrow and Danny Casey.

Huge Props and thanks have to go to Mach1's owner, Jeff Leggit, for his great hospitality as the shoot went waay past closing time......(thanks also to Parts Manager, Carl, for his consumate "work ethic" hangin' out to make sure we got the shoot done!)

THIS shoot, as I've mentioned in the past few days, ALMOST didn't happen as, Karen, the girl who was supposed to be the model, twisted an ankle badly the day before the shoot and I had to scramble to find another model at the last minute!! Usually, finding a Model period, AND, getting them to show up on time can be a hit or miss proposition in itself so I really had little hope that my cool location and bike/prop would get a chance to be utilized.........but.......in desperation, I called my new buddy....(Eric) whom I'd only met briefly during the festivities on Cannery Row during the Laguna Seca Saturday Night MotoGP party. There I'd seen his wife....(Jenni) doing some impromptu posing with Eric's super nicely customized CBR1000/Repsol edition Superbike and figured I had nothing to loose, and my dreams came true when Eric called me right back to let me know that Jenni would be glad to help!!  WHAT a girl!

Supermoto Girls Dana and Natalie!

Photo Shoot #1

This very first Supermoto Girl shoot was done at the pit setup of the LA Fuel/GP Husqvarna AMA Supermoto team during X Games 13 at the Home Depot Center August 2-4 2007!!

Before going any further here I need to thank team owner and Mr. Hospitality Paul Lima for providing us with the great backdrop!  Of course backdrops and "props" aren't necessarily always inanimate objects!  As you'll see in this first issue, two world class riders have made a cameo appearance in the shoot.....(one more revealing than the other....lol).

Adam Cini, GP Husky's AMA Lites competitor and last minute X Games racer and Gerald Delepine, currently running in second place....(by only 3 points) in the FIM World Supermoto Championship jumped in and graced the shots with some fun antics....(dont worry!!!, it's mostly the girls!).

I hope everyone loves the girls as I'm sure you will and remember that this is just the first in an ongoing series so keep on checking back as I preview the next Supermoto Girl!
